At the present time 70% of you customers are located in Dallas, Texas and 30% of our customers are located in Houston.
Our customer is from a background as follow:
Financial Planners Public Relation (PR) Doctor's Lawyers CPA Monitoring Systems
JAKN has several bids that are presently being review for potential work. The first bid is with The Paper Company and we
stand to profit $5000.00 to $8000.00 base on the amount of work they agree on. JAKN has partner with Business Solution
on a project that JAKN stand to make up to $115,000.00 depending on the amount of work the client need done. JAKN
has partner with REM on a project that JAKN stand to make up to $1,600,000.00
Promotion Strategy:
A variety of promotional strategies will be implemented to grow the client base of JAKN Network Support and Services.
A listing in the government phone pages, internet web page, word of mouth through our current client base and Radio
advertising. Alien JAKN Network Support and Services with other small and large IT companies to share in the overload
of work. Alien JAKN Network Support and Services with wholesales and retailers of IT equipment to provide services
after the sale. Distribution Strategy- Physically meet one on one with the customer to offer our services, mailings, emails,
web, phone calls and yellow pages. Customer Conveniences- The customer methods of payment may be credit cards,
checks or electronic. We will come to the customer site and give an analogy of there network and how we can make it better
Pricing Strategy The need for affordable, high quality network support and services for small companies who may not have
IT departments, and the need
for large companies to access temporary skilled resources to assist their IT departments with
the development of high quality network systems, was identified and addressed by JAKN. We have two pricing models 1.
Small to Medium Size Business 2. Large Corporation and Government. Half of all monies are due at the time the contract
is sign. The final balance is due upon the completion of SOW and the client sign off on the walk thru.
