                             BUSINESS HISTORY, BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES:




                                                                               History of the Company:


 In March of 1996, our founder Thomas F. Nelson identified an opportunity to fulfill a need in the IT networking field that
was not being met by other IT providers. The need for affordable, high quality network support and services for small companies
 who may not have IT departments, and the need for large companies to access temporary skilled resources to assist their IT
departments with the development of high quality network systems, was identified and addressed by JAKN.


Current Status and Present Situation The company stand poised to increase its revenue by 100% and increase it staff by 50%.

Goals & Objectives: We have been successful in providing IT Services with a special emphasis on Networking, Email Server,
VPN and Windows 2000 and 2003. We have an excellent reputation and are best known for our Evaluating and Troubleshooting
 Networking problems, which differentiates us from our competitors. The company is profitable and has great potential for growth
 and for becoming a market leader. To best take advantage of our growth opportunities, the company would like to increase our
test lab, purchase new servers, do more research and development, training and expand the services that we already offer.


                                                                                         
 Goals:


- To develop quality IT network solutions which aid our customers in achieving their goals
- To be recognized by our customers as a quality IT network solution provider
- Our short term goals is to obtain 3 major Government contract before the end of the year. Increasing our revernes 10 times or
more. Our long range goals is to max out of the 8A program before the end of 9 years. Major Succeses: Obtaining the 8A was one
of our major successes due to the fact that we were denied once and had to wait one whole year to apply again. We good things
come to those that wait. This company has also over many companies closing there doors in our faces stating that we are not large
enought, did not have the man power or financial backing, but we persivired. However, This year we have average one new client
a week and this year has started off very good. New potiential client are call on a daily basis. We are developing relationship with
other venders to partner with on major jobs. The company was initially funded by my person savings. After obtaining several contracts
with SMB's the company became self sufished with in 8 months.  There has been no changes in the structure, ownership, management
or key personnel in the last year.
