in the need for affordable, high quality network supportand services for small companies who may not have IT departments,                          

systems, was identified and addressed by JAKN. The advantages that JAKN has and the need for large companies
                               
to access temporary skilled resources to assisttheir IT departments with the development of high quality network

over our competitors, we do not have the overhead cost. We will continue to maintain lower overhead. The disadvantages

for JAKN we do not have the clients nor the resources our competitors have.
